Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the office infrastructure: PCs, laptops, printers, switches, etc.
• Support team members with infrastructure-related questions and issues.
• Maintain, improve, and enhance the internal network and IT infrastructure.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support (diagnose, troubleshoot, resolve).
• Maintain a strong focus on ensuring system stability, redundancy, security and high availability.
• Monitor, audit, optimize, and maintain Zoot’s infrastructure.
• Support application installations and deployments

Knowledge & Skills

Profile

• Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Experience in the setting up and configuring desktop PCs and laptops with well-known OS (Windows, Mac).
• Knowledge of data protection, security principles.
• Experience with MS Office, Confluence and ticketing systems such as JIRA.
• Maintain a strong focus on ensuring system stability, redundancy, security and high availability.
• Accurate and analytical working style with high attention to detail.
• Upper-intermediate English.
